Article 7 Required Time

Article 8 Delivery of Products, etc.

    (3) The method and manner of use of images, illustrations, logos, etc. specified by the customer infringes the rights of a third party.

    (4) Images, illustrations, etc. that violate portrait rights or privacy

    (5) Images and illustrations of copyrighted buildings, outdoor artworks, etc.

    (6) Banknotes, coins, securities, government bonds, local government bonds, revenue stamps, securities, unused postage stamps, postcards, official documents, passports, various certificates, etc.

    6. You guarantee that you have the right to provide (including the license to use) to us the trade name, portrait, copyright, and all other rights contained in the submitted data and other printing information (including the printing content in the address printing service; the same applies below). We shall not be liable for any disputes, objections, etc., including trouble between you and a third party that arise from or in connection with the provision of submitted data and other printing information to us.

    7. In customization services that have a preview function for your order, the actual finished product may differ slightly from the image displayed in the preview function due to factors such as the environment of your computer, the resolution of the image you provide, and printing or production techniques.

    8. The customer shall check the delivered product within seven days of the delivery date and shall promptly notify the Company if there is a problem with the product, such as a defect or stain.

    9. We will store address data provided by customers to us for the address printing service (hereinafter referred to as "address data") with the care of a good manager for two years from the date on which the customer last updated the address data, and will not be liable for loss of the address data due to reasons such as a failure of the terminal equipment or system that occurs during the storage period. In addition, we will not be able to return address data regardless of the reason. In addition, we will not respond to requests for deletion from individual individuals or corporations included in the address data, and will not be liable for this.
