This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding our shipping practices and policies. Our shipping policy applies only to products ordered within Japan.
1.Order Processing Time:
This refers to the time that elapses between receiving your order and the seller handing it over to the delivery service. Short-term delivery items in stock at our domestic warehouse will be shipped within 5-7 business days after order confirmation/payment. Long-term delivery items, on the other hand, will arrive at our domestic warehouse within 20-25 business days after order confirmation/payment, and will be shipped within 7-10 business days thereafter. Delays may occur if an order is placed on a weekend or if customs clearance is delayed.

Regarding shipping charges for orders: In some cases, additional shipping charges may be charged in addition to the basic shipping charges. The shipping charges shown on the purchase procedure page are the basic shipping charges. For details, please see " About Order and Shipping Policy " .

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you to let you know. We will also provide you with a tracking number (the tracking number will be valid within 24 hours). However, it may take longer during events or public holidays. Also, it may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update. If you are unable to track your package, please contact us within 48 hours.
3. Delivery method If you do not use the assembly service, the delivery method will be delivery to the vehicle or to the doorstep. If the delivery is to a staircase, the delivery will be at the front of the stairs.

To avoid delivery issues, please make sure the shipping address you entered during checkout is correct. We recommend you double-check your details before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible so we can help you make the necessary adjustments.
